Wireless communication technology can be seen everywhere in various fields such as military radar, satellite communication and mobile terminals, and it has driven the development of many emerging industries. The RF front-end is used as the conversion path between the RF signal and the digital signal in the wireless transceiver system. Its design has a significant impact on the entire communication system, especially in military applications such as missile guidance and phased array radar. The integration and reliability of the RF front-end Sexuality has higher requirements. In order to improve the overall performance of wireless communication equipment,it is necessary to carry out research on the related technologies of the radio frequency front end.Aiming at the multiband application scenario of the transceiver system, this paper studies and designs a dualchannel radio frequency transceiver front end for L/S band, and completes the physical design, processing and performance testing. The article first introduces the basic principles of the front-end system, explains the various architectures of the transceiver, analyzes and explains its key indicators, and explains the implementation process of the phase-locked loop.Secondly, based on the project indicators,a more reasonable system plan was designed, and the system's selectivity and spurious suppression indicators were verified with simulation software. Finally, combined with theory and simulation, the circuit board, system cavity, software compilation were designed, and finally the physical assembly and performance test were carried out.In the design process,in order to reduce the interference between each other, and at the same time reduce the physical volume, the system is divided into the transceiver link,phase-locked loop module, and control module for separate design. The physical assembly adopts a double-sided assembly method. The receiving link is located on the front of the cavity, the frequency source, power supply and control part are located on the back of the cavity, and the modules are isolated by the cavity. The L/S-band dual-channel RF transceiver front end designed in this article has an intermediate frequency of 140 MHz,and a dual-channel RF frequency of1400MHz?1600MHz and 2000MHz?2200MHz.After testing, the output power of the transmitting link is greater than 12 d Bm,the gain fluctuation in the 200 MHz bandwidth is less than 1d B,and the spurious suppression is greater than 49 d Bc;the AGC dynamic range of the receiving link is greater than 30 d B,and the spurious suppression is greater than 60 d Bc.The RF front-end designed in this article has been optimized and debugged many times. The final test results show that the RF front-end has good performance, and the indicators of the transceiver link and the local oscillator meet the design requirements.
