Collaborative Office Platform Based On SpringBoot Technology

With the continuous development of science and technology,the employees of M Company are faced with significant problems such as a large amount of business and data,and management difficult in the office process.The company's subsidiaries are scattered,and office conditions are limited to time and geographical constraints;company business materials and training materials are in a decentralized storage state,information search is difficult,the degree of resource sharing and information management efficiency are relatively low;the efficiency of transaction processing for approval and signing by company leaders is low.Moreover,there are many internal application systems in the company,which makes it difficult to integrate effectively and formed isolated information islands.Therefore,this thesis established a collaborative office platform for M company,to build a complete inter-departmental and process internal process system,so as to complete the efficient management of all office business processes.This thesis conducts an in-depth study based on the construction process of the collaborative office platform of M Company.First,it pointed out that the company has problems such as low office efficiency and difficult data management,and proposes to build a collaborative office platform to solve the problems.The development and application of collaborative office platform,academic research and other status quo are analyzed.Secondly,it explained the working principle of lightweight open source frameworks such as SpringBoot,My Batis,Easy UI,and analyzed the characteristics of management tools such as Maven and My SQL.Thirdly,it analyzed the overall construction scope of the system,described the functions and business processing mechanisms that users can perform through UML modeling methods such as use case diagrams and flowcharts,and conducted non-functional requirements for software architecture,UI interfaces,and security analysis.At the same time,the system architecture,technical architecture and network environment were constructed,and the software and hardware technologies and platforms required for development were determined.Then introduced the system function module composition,designed contracts,meetings,official documents and other modules,and established related database models.Finally,the implementation process is described using core code,class diagrams,etc.,the system modules are implemented by building a project development environment,and the page effects of the main functions are displayed.The correctness,completeness and stability of the system data,functions and performance have been verified from many aspects.The coordinated office platform studied in this paper has distinctive features,which can be integrated with Ding Talk to achieve organizational synchronization,and the system does not need to log in;it supports portal integration and message push on the mobile terminal.The platform provides statistics and analysis for the operation of business processes,and supports unified process viewing,early warning,statistics and process efficiency analysis.Realize efficient office management and flexible and robust expansion capabilities through a powerful configuration center.Through research,a collaborative office platform has been established,a collaborative office environment has been established for M company,which has accelerated the circulation of internal information,promoted the improvement of work efficiency,and satisfied the one-stop service of secure communication,collaboration and sharing of different users,and improved Job ability.Provide a multi-dimensional management environment for the business,realize comprehensive management of customers,projects,personnel,knowledge,etc.,and improve business management capabilities.
