Different from ordinary manufacturing enterprises,the company should not only ensure the absolute timeliness of material procurement work,but also quickly adapt to the changes of external environment from material supply work.Therefore,advanced material management information system is needed to improve the information level of material management,improve the efficiency of material management,and reduce the loss of operating costs of the company.Firstly,the paper analyzes the special features of the company's material procurement management and puts forward the necessity of the research work.Combined with references,this paper introduces the research and application status of material management information system at home and abroad,as well as the development trend of material management information system in the future,which lays a foundation for the development of the research work of this paper.This paper introduces the development platform and software tools used in the development of material management information system.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Conducted demand analysis on the company's material management information system.According to the characteristics of the company's material management and the current situation of the company's aviation materials spare parts management,the requirements of the material management information system platform are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the company's existing information management system platform,the structure of the material management information system is designed,the construction target of the material management information system is put forward,and the design of the internal functional modules of the information platform is completed according to the actual business needs of each department.System functions are divided into system overall management,material planning management,material contract management and warehouse management modules,and use case diagrams of each module are designed.And the reliability and security of the system and other non-functional requirements are analyzed.(2)Improve data management and process management of aviation material spare parts database.According to the general requirements of material management of domestic aviation maintenance enterprises,the data requirements and sources of the company's internal aviation materials spare parts database are defined,the unique and real-time data sharing is realized through the integrated management of the system,and the material management workflow is designed and improved on the basis of the existing management of the company.(3)The material management information system is designed and realized by software.The system structure,network topology structure and function modules of the material management information system are designed.The flow chart of each functional module is put forward.And the data structure and entity correlation diagram of the system are given.Try to realize the integration and docking of aviation materials management information system with production site monitoring system,financial audit and audit system,and other existing application system platforms within the company.(4)The function of the platform has been tested and verified.The introduces the testing method and testing conditions of the system function are introduced.And the test results are analyzed to verify validity the material management information system function designed in this thesis.
