With the development of aviation enterprises,information systems such as OA,PDM,ERP and HR are gradually established.Informationization has played a great role in enterprise management,collaborative R&D,manufacturing,etc.The MES system of Chengdu Aircraft Company has been covered from parts processing to assembly manufacturing,but there is still a certain blind area in the logistics control of composite material factory.Therefore,it is necessary to manage the logistics process with information technology to get rid of the traditional manual mode of information can not be timely uploaded and downloaded,so that leaders of factory can efficiently understand all kinds of information and improve the timeliness and accuracy of decision-making.Through the construction of the part logistics information tracking management system,this thesis realizes the informationization of the part transfer process management of composite material factory,including the receiving,dispatching,handing over,delivering,completing of the part and the trouble part treatment of the part.It also realizes the integrated management of the part processing,manufacturing and transfer process through the integration with the MES system and the WIP,improves the efficiency of the part turnover,improves the working efficiency of each section,facilitates the personnel of the logistics section and other section to understand the specific status and location of the part,and provides the basic data for the personnel of the dispatch group to manage and control the part.The system uses ASP.NET technology and B/S three-tier architecture to construct the production business solution,so as to reuse business logic and provide flexible deployment for enterprises.The database uses Oracle database,and based on the Web application to improve the browsing query and remote information retrieval of the standard Internet.In the information stream,the two-dimensional code technology is used to realize the accurate location and monitoring of parts.The running results show that the part logistics information tracking system developed in this project meets the requirements in the aspects of part logistics turnover,production efficiency,ease of use,usability and sustainability.The system has been successfully popularized and applied in the factory,and can be further popularized to the industry.
