In manufacturing field, the management and distribution of warehouse and,raw materials and semi-finished product has always been one backbone of medium and large enterprises'operation. Under the increasingly and constantly competitive situation of market needs,the warehouse today has to adopt a more sophisticated management tool to improve its operational efficiency and service capabilities to meet the needs of production and distribution, as well as the management of them.At present, the management and distribution of raw materias and semi-finished product still remain original paper manual methods, such a machanism has been far away from the development. It is a waste of human and material resources and not able to meet modern and productive needs.As the update and falling prices of information technology and computer hard ware, storage equipment as well as mature two-dimensional bar code technology, the application cost is coming down.Two-dimensional bar code has many advantages such as storage copacity, high information density ,speedy gathering, error-correcting capability, low error rate and key information.Especially it can store items for more detailed information and can not rely on databases and communication networks.In the traditional information age, the low management methods and tools must be taken place of the advanced mangement system of computer and internet- based information, the use of two-demensional with mixed B/S and C/S structure database programming techniques will also become the urgent needs of modern manufacturing enprises to achieve logistics management. Therefore, from this point of view which is a large-scale production of modern manufacturing, warehousing and logistics requirements , it is greatly significant that the research and development of two-dimensional bar code technology'logistics management can improve the current management system, promote the information production process and efficiency of the enterprises.To be based on reality, this article discourse the entire process up pre-needs analysis ,database design, funcional modules planning and system application of the company logistics management system based two-dimensional bar code, also mainly introduce the feature of program design, database optimization, bar code printing management and hand-held device interface of function modules.The thesis has completed the following work:1.The project development staff and related management personnel have a discussion to understand the existing management method and problems in software system through the introducion of production logistics management method mode from the company.2. Identify the basic idea of existing regulatory system problems and the development direction through their discussion.3. Analyze the specific needs of project,determine related technologes of compiling system, basic method of data collection using two-dimensional bar code technology and network database platform.4. Decide the functional module of entire management system accroding to the specific needs and technical characteristics ,functions, moreover, sort the assignment .5. To bulid the development environment of C# system and PHP programming language and Oracle 9i database system. 6. To design and compile the preliminary procedural framework.7. To conduct the design of system database according to the preliminary requirements. As the company use Oracle 9i database, while production logictics management system need to associate database interface with MIS management, It also use Oracle 9i to create a system database.8. To compile the product management, while single management, stock inventory, database management and other functional blocks with C# programming language.9. Modify PHP interface program provided by QR code and compile the two-dimensional code scanner procedure under hand-held device condition.10. To intergrate the functional modules, communicate with staff in the company to propose any amendments and conduct the secondary development of application modules on the basis of shortages and changes in the revised procedure.11. Actualize the testing of integrity and system environment in order to modify the deficiencies in the revised process.12. Apply the programme fomally and sum up the technical features and shortcomings in the procedure.The entire project has achieved the desired results through the implementation and practical application.The staff from the company cooperate with application developers to conduct the pre-planning, discussion and solutions, the careful planning laid a good foundation for the latter part of the entire project.Although it faced some issues in application technology options , programming of various functional modules, changes of hardware interface program, implementation of database software interface and project, application testing, we solved them with the help of guide teachers and related experts and have good results in the final testing and applications. Furthermore, it is proved that programming language, database and data collection method of two-demensional bar code are efficient and feasible. A certain effect has been given through the plan of productive system logistics, but there are still some problems in the further development and practical management. In conclusion, these advance the information technology process of the company, improve the productive logistics management and business productivity, make up the management hole and reach the disired results.
