The Design And Implementation Of Measurement Records Management System For Manufacturing Execution

With the advent of the era of intelligent manufacturing,manufacturing enterprises often promote the digital transformation and upgrading by combining their own characteristics,and based on the construction of paperless production process with production management system,manufacturing enterprises pay more and more attention to the product data collection and application to realize the delicacy management of data-driven business,and effectively improve the management level.As the key data of product related attributes and index data measured on process design and manufacturing process,and is a very important quality file of manufacturing process,which performs an important role in the state control and traceability of product quality.But because of the difficulty and high cost of management,there are still a large number and varied of non-standard paper measurement records on the production site,which lacks of corresponding unified and standardized management,and makes it difficult to realize real-time data sharing.With the development of the company's digital manufacturing process,it is required to record all data,so the company has a strong demand for paperless management in classification,inputting,archiving,query and analysis of measurement records.In this thesis,through application process analysis and function analysis of measurement record sheet in the manufacturing process,five functional modules are designed in detail,including the template management of measurement records,multi-dimensional authority management of measurement records,application management of measurement records in process system,integrated application management of measurement records on the product site,query and analysis of measurement records data.Based on B/S architecture system,applying the model driven architecture approach,applying EOS development platform which based on SOA and Oracle11 g database system,combining with dynamic form editing management technology and JSP?HTML + CSS technology,the paper develops and implements the measurement records management system for manufacturing execution.The application of the measurement records management system for manufacturing execution can realize paperless,standardized and unified management of a large number of measurement records on the production site,and significantly improve the real-time,accuracy and the efficiency of quality traceability of the data records in the manufacturing process,and also save the management cost,meet the needs of the production site management.At the same time,through the structured storage of measurement records on the production site,it provides a strong support for the data analysis and early warning of measured records,and also provides a basis for process control optimization and leadership decision-making.
