Research On The Artistic Characteristics And Value Construction Of Chinese Medical Documentary Programs

Nowadays China's society is at an important stage of transformation and development.It is increasingly concerned about the practical issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood,such as medical care and housing.At present,doctor-patient disputes and injuries have occurred frequently,and the relationship between doctors and patients has also become a hot topic that the media and the public concerning.Under such a social background,a series of medical documentary programs reflecting real problems have emerged.Through the combination of documentary form and medical theme,the program can restore the medical scene in a documentary way.It can not only bring the current medical situation into the public's vision with the most authentic attitude,but also fully reflect the feelings and responsibilities of the Chinese media,It is a new type of TV program.The program is documented by documentary techniques with the doctor,the patient,and the patient's family members as the main subjects,and the hospital's emergency room,operating room,and ward as the main shooting sites.This paper studies the artistic characteristics and value construction of domestic medical documentary programs.The specific research contents are as follows: Chapter one is the introduction,it mainly summaries the research background and significance,the literature review,the research content and methods,the innovation and so on.The second chapter analyzes the artistic characteristics of medical documentary programs through three aspects: the theme and its expression method,the program structure and the program audiovisual.The third chapter analyzes the value construction of medical documentary programs in China from three aspects:the social value,the cultural value and the aesthetic value.The fourth chapter will propose two suggestions on the development of domestic medical documentary programs:First,enhance the program's documentary nature from the three aspects:the topic meeting the realistic hotspot,the narrative restoring the reality scene,and the picture avoiding the visual taboo;Second,enhance the value of the program by deepening the connotation of the program,optimizing program communication and strengthening media supervision.In tne end,make the conclousin and hope that China's medical documentary programs will have their own characteristics,and gradually form an industrial advantage to build a scientific and effective industrial chain.
