Discourse Construction Of Medical Documentary

Medical topics are relevant to everyone and has always been one of the hot spots,the media use what kind of discourse to tell medical stories and how to construct discourse all play an important role on the current tension between doctors and patients.This article tries to do an analysis of two medical documentary programs The Story In ER and Human World from the perspective of discourse.The study found,both programs provide discourse power for both doctors and patients,improve the "defined" situation of themand make the doctors and patients become the main body of discourse in the specific medical problems.Through the discourse,doctors5 "stereotype" was digested to a certain extent,the patients' situation was also presented objectively.In addition,this two programs construct a diverse discourse pattern to achieve the organic integration with the main melody,at the same time,they take the advantage of new media,keep the docking and echoing with folk discourse,stimulate medical rationality in the infiltration of different words.The discourse construction of thistwo programs can make a subtle influence on audience's medical concept,view of life and so on.The current medical documentary programs make both doctors and patients use the media platform to show their image,maintain their own discourse power and expand the dialogue space through its own words.They create a new pattern of dialogue between doctors and patients and healing the current traumatic doctor-patient relationship.This is an effort and attempt to slow the pain and healing of current traumatic doctor-patient relationship.
