Residential District Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Monitoring Management System

With Chinese society increasingly rapid development of urbanization,residential living units have become an important contemporary Chinese urban residents,so the community information management,physical management,research,analysis also becomes less necessary.In this paper,computer science and technology,designed and developed a residential district data management system.Variety of information resources and use cell data management systems,traditional property management personnel need only a browser can own a variety of information resources to understand and manage the cell,the cell can also be the owners through the browser,to understand cell situation,which is a great residential property owners to improve and convenience.Property management staff is also greatly improved work efficiency,so that the implementation of the district’s data management system is an important step towards the modernization of residential property management,science and technology-oriented.In this paper,first analyzes the development of residential property management and simple overview of the main issues cell data management system need to be addressed, and describes the computer data management system to achieve the required calculations, the system design, the use of object-oriented computer thinking,the idea of using mathematical modeling of cell data management systems analysis and design,and the use of flow charts,diagrams and analysis of activities. In the implementation section,using the JSP WEB technology,combined with database management systems analysis.In a particular embodiment,said too,the use of the database system and menu items to set up,the more complicated functions are classified and combined systems to achieve a window interface,designed to simplify the steps,etc.,which makes the whole system more simple and easy with.The system is divided into different subsystems,each subsystem has a certain between related information,so the settings module should contain a variety of different functions.Also contains a number of individual units within the different sub-modules used to implement various functions.Upon completion of the system is not only able to complete the basic information on the management of the property,you can also classify certain information and statistics,such as design,both to eliminate the waste of resources,but also improves the accuracy of the information.Realization of residential property management system,which greatly simplifies the process of managing the entire office,saving all kinds of management time and improve work efficiency,residential property management work to a new level.
