| In order to meet the needs of "multi-variety and small-batch" product testing in certain fields of electronic equipment in manufacturing scenarios,the research and implementation of engineering methods for general test systems are increasing.This thesis takes the networked general test system as the research topic,and focuses on the abstraction of the test process,the design and implementation of the general resource management and control functions and the networked test system and other functional components.This thesis designs and implements a general networked test system for RF/digital product testing,which mainly includes two functional blocks.The first part is the general test framework.Through the design and implementation of a general test framework for RF/digital products,the program control of measurement signals such as commonly used measuring instruments and communication buses are encapsulated,the test process of common test indicators is described in XML text,and the test program set The development is simplified to describe the signal flow in XML language under this framework,and implements the functions of final test and test data processing.Ultimately achieve the purpose of simplify ing test development and application.The second part is the test management system.Design and implement a web page system through which users can upload,download,run and update the test program set corresponding to the product according to the product type number,and complete the test object(RF/digital module level electronic product)Signal injection and measurement,and upload test data to the server database for subsequent use.The test system designed in this way can be used by users more convenie ntly. |
