The Design And Implementation Of The Subsystem Of Test With The Generic Test Software Development Platform

The aviation maintenance business was large increased with the number increased of aircraft, especially the detection needs of the aircraft electronic products. This needs the aviation maintenance corporate support a higher capacity building electronic product testing requirements. And the detection means also from the manually, discrete evolution towards automation platform. At the same time, the aviation electronic product’s programs has consists of a dedicated transition to generic. The mainstream idea is to build development software’s platform, and then, the detection of the corresponding product will be realization through the quickly build a product testing process.This thesis is designing and developing the software around the core needs to build a generic test platform of software developers. But the function of software developers is so many, and the system is so large and complex, the subsystem must be built in the form of project team. The focus of this paper is detailed discussion and research to the subsystem. The main contents include:1. Presents a logical structure as the core of progressive choice of product class with the subsystem of test, product type, and test group selection for demand functional. According to product class contains product type, product type contains the test group, and test group includes structural testing process. The user completed of the selection process for product testing by the select of product type, model, and test group.2. Around the core framework designed to the subsystem of test, with the purpose of finished the test procedure for product, designed to test the product and process of the specific test procedure. Proposed a design concept for use the test equipment, split the product testing process into separate steps, completion the product testing with sequentially performed of procedure.3. Design the specific data for database and the table with the design of the core framework design and product testing procedures. Design the test group tables of contents for testing various functional. Design the test group table, supporting information table of configuration parameters, output parameters tables and the other data tables that were based on the modules for using the test instrument. And developed initialization table and matching configuration information table about the test equipment initialization for the subsystem.4. Using the graphical editing language with representative(NI’s LabVIEW) to programming and testing the subsystem, use the Microsoft’s Access database software to create the supporting database’s documents and data tables. Integrated the graphical programming software and the database files what were in the process of developing and running.
