At present,the Home appliance enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition in the global and the products are updated quickly.In the process of manufacturing and designing new products there are a large number of engineering drawings to be designed,modified and referred to,so that formating a rich drawing resource library.There are many small home appliance enterprises are faced with internal product drawing management and confidentiality in Shunde where is an important town with Home appliance.The current station among enterprises is that a large number of CAD drawing resources of products,molds,special equipment and fixtures are scattered in the hands of various functional departments and individuals,so that they are lacked of centralized management which should be organized and standardized.In coastal areas,it is relatively the staffs of Research & Design change their jobs frequently,which is easy to cause a large number of data is lost and leakaged,and the CAD drawing of products resource's utilization is low.The drawing management system can effectively improve the management,storage and information search of drawings,ensure the accuracy of documents,improve the speeds of search and search response of drawings and documents,therefore it can facilitate the users to obtain CAD drawing information,which can improve the development efficiency of enterprises.Generaly the large enterprises do better in this regard.For example,Midea and Gree have developed a complete set of PDM product data management systems.However,it is difficult for ordinary small enterprises to introduce a relatively complete one due to management costs.Therefore,this thesis proposes to build a CAD drawing management system taht is suitable for the general household appliance enterprises.First of all,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of enterprise drawings in the business process and the needs of various departments for internal drawing management of the enterprise.The mapping relationship of all levels of functions under the user authority are established.And the thesis describes the user's business processing process,ensures the system has safety requirements in terms of performance,interface,and safety.Secondly,in the overall system design,this thesis uses the Spring Cloud microservice architecture to build the overall architecture.At the same time,the system application architecture and technical architecture are designed.In this system,OAuth2authentication-related technologies are introduced,the My Batis middleware framework is used,and the Redis memory database is integrated;the system function structure is further designed,pointing out that the drawing management system can be divided into data security management,document template management,version Control,data query,data change management,coding management,reference borrowing,receiving and dispatching management,online browsing,and other modules that can be individually made into microservices which can meet the coupling and independence between the various services of the system.Finally,this thesis tested and verified the management system.By constructing the development and testing environment,the UML modeling design of the module was carried out using sequence diagrams,flowcharts,and class diagrams,and the core functional modules were realized by coding.The environment required for the test is configured,the test plan is explained,and the function,performance and other aspects are tested.
