People hope that residential environment and family equipment intelligent management and monitoring would be realized by intelligent home furnishing technology, so as to meet the users of the living demand of environment.According to our country current development situation, network home appliances will be ushered to a period of vigorous development in the next few years, because many domestic household electrical appliance enterprises were ready or in the development of home network, in order to adapt to the pursuit of a comfortable life, energy saving and environmental protection requirements. However, if different communication protocol of network appliances in different companies were used by a family, a variety of household appliances cannot be interchanged. Currently on the market there is no uniform standard, universal communication protocol has not been appeared in different manufacturers introduced products," did not know each other." and " can’t exchange interaction" were caused by each other, and became a several of information isolated island", each function of products not only cannot be developed adequately, but brought the use of trouble, so the future will be towards a variety of home appliances can be interconnected in the direction. In order to complete the white home appliance interconnection, two different protocols for home network were set up, the network within the appliance communicates with each other was completed, then solved the key technologies in two network appliances interworking, and completed the heterogeneous network interconnection between electrical appliances.CC1101wireless radio module and Zigbee module were respectively used to set up networks, and a several of household electrical appliances can be controlled by each network. Two kinds of different protocol network mutual communication were achieved by ATmega128Micro processor, and can be extended to other agreements between the interconnection.Design on white electric network of CC1101wireless module:white home appliance control network architecture was introduced, internet protocol was designed and master/slave node software process, intelligent interconnection of the white home appliance could be achieved by the experimental results.White electric network based on the Zigbee technology:the Zigbee protocol stack, software environment, how to network and data transmission were described, and the network and data transmission were tested and verified its feasibility.Design on different protocols of white electric control network interconnection: wireless module based on CC1101and network and its communication method based on Zigbee module were described, find out the key part of protocol conversion, and then the interoperability of the hardware and software design were completed by using ATmega128Micro processor, so as to realize the two different communication protocols network between the data conversion and transmission.Through the analysis of the experiment data, the design can be done between different network appliance interconnection, and have certain economic benefits.
