Research On Visual Testing Technologies Of Digital Display Of PCBA Based On LabVIEW

As the control center of smart home appliances,the quality requirements of the computer board are getting higher and higher,and the display module of the computer board is the most important link used to complete the human-computer interaction.Based on the above reasons,this article studies the computer board digital display test process.By obtaining the digital display pattern of the computer board test,processing and analyzing,and combining with the computer board function test,more reliable test results can be obtained.Realize the automation of computer board inspection.The main content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,through the study of related literature,the development history and related applications of visual recognition technology are understood,and the breakthrough direction of this study is clarified.Then,based on the working principle of the PCBA,a personalized display test scheme is developed,and the test process of the PCBA digital display based on LabVIEW software platform is studied.The test system includes the hardware and software parts of the test module.The main work and research content includes automatic test fusion of computer boards,digital tube image preprocessing,and digital tube character recognition.It can be found that the scheme of the digital display technology proposed in this paper can effectively and accurately complete the detection function of the poor display of the digital tube.At the same time,in the selection of key devices,most of them use the devices in the current spare parts library of the enterprise,making this test process and test platform easy for enterprises to replicate and popularize with large-scale and low investment.In addition,the operation page of the test platform has also been considered,so that it is close to workers.Through the research of testing technology and the development of testing platform,it provides companies with more reliable testing solutions,provides more efficient production methods for production,provides consumers with more high-performance products,and achieves a win-win situation for enterprises and consumers.
