Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of User Adoption Of Blockchain Charitable Donation System

In recent years,frequent malignant charity events caused the public credibility of thinking of the charity,distrust of the problems existing in the charitable sector began to more and more serious,according to the annual charity donation 2018 report said that at present China individual donation willingness is still in lower level,and individual to mistrust of charitable organizations becomes the main factor affecting the individual donations.As blockchain technology development and application in the field of finance,management and so on,many scholars believe that blockchain technology can be used in the charitable sector.But due to the lower level of cognitive users to blockchain technology,blockchain charity products and services has not yet been accepted by the public.Based on this situation,this paper studies the influencing factors of users' use of blockchain charitable donation system,enriches the research in the field of blockchain user adoption behavior and the applicable scope of technology acceptance model,so as to promote the wider application of blockchain charitable donation system,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the technology acceptance model as the theoretical framework,combined with the specific application scenarios of the blockchain charitable donation system,and adds information quality,discomfort,social influence and initial trust to construct the user adoption model of the blockchain charitable donation system.This paper chooses the maturity scale variables by reading relevant literature and modify the scale,then conduct preliminary research to get the final formal questionnaire.This paper recycles 196 questionnaires through Internet,using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.2.9 software to do descriptive analysis,reliability test validity test and significance test to get the final results.The results show that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,initial trust and social influence have a direct positive impact on users' willingness to use,perceived ease of use and information quality have a direct positive impact on perceived usefulness,and discomfort has no significant impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.Theoretically,it enriches the research on the external variables of the technology acceptance model and the field of blockchain user adoption behavior.In practice,this paper puts forward development suggestions from the perspective of blockchain charity system providers,so as to promote the wide application of blockchain charity system.
