internet development. Along with this huge development, the market ofmobile internet devices is undergoing an upgrading revolution. Therefore,this research is to clarify key factors influencing users’ adoption intentionand behavior and to find out their function mechanism. Based oninformation technology acceptance and adoption theory and socialcognitive theory, two models were built. Questionnaire survey was used tocollect data and SPSS was used to do statistical analysis. Results show users’self-efficacy, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use all havepositive effect on users’ adoption intention. Perceived cost has a negativeeffect on users’ adoption intention. Perceived usefulness has the mostinfluential power; the next is perceived ease of use and perceived cost.Perceived risk does not have a negative effect on users’adoption intention.Users’ adoption intention positively correlates with adoption behavior.Besides, users’ personal innovativeness, mobile internet devices’ relativeadvantage, compatibility, triability, image have positive effect ondisplacement adoption intention. Relative advantage has the mostinfluential power on users’ displacement adoption intention; the next ispersonal innovativeness, compatibility, triability, and image. Observabilitydoes not have a significant influence on displacement intention andcomplexity does not have a negative effect on it. Displacement adoptionintention positively correlates with displacement adoption behavior. Finally,we discussed the research results, and suggestions for promoting domesticmobile internet devices were proposed.
