With the development of modern service industry, the service ecosystem has formed and developed rapidly. To meet the user needs that are becoming more personalized, specialized, and complex, multiple domain services are required to work together. However, the source of services is social, and this sociality exacerbates the diversity, uncertainty and dynamics of service supply. There are semantic inconsistencies between services, which poses challenges to their interaction. It is necessary to study how to trans-boundary converge domain services to meet user needs. This paper proposes a Trans BC(Trans-Boundary Convergence)framework applied in the service ecosystem, which mainly solves four key issues in domain service trans-boundary convergence.First, the framework analyzes the business inconsistency problem and identifies inconsistency types, detects the inconsistencies between the services to be converged, and reengineers the business process through human-machine interaction to realize business integration. Then, the interface inconsistency problem is studied and the basic inconsistency types are identified. The semantic inconsistencies in the interface matching are detected and solved by splitting and completing parameter concepts to achieve interface integration.Next, the convergence implementation scheme based on microservice is given, which transforms the business coupling between domain services into asynchronous data communication to facilitate rapid convergence. Finally, according to the convergence result, the value changes brought to users and service providers before and after the service convergence are calculated to realize the value evaluation. This paper takes healthcare for the elderly as an application scenario to conduct trans-boundary convergence case studies. The results show the availability and effectiveness of the framework. The Trans BC framework proposed in this paper helps domain services achieve smooth and rapid integration, which not only can better meet the user needs, but also enhance the competitiveness of service providers, thus promoting the sound development of the service ecosystem,so it has great research prospects.
