Design And Implementation Of Treatment And Rehabilitation Service System Of S3HC-ICH

Healthcare informationalization as an important means of improving healthcare service efficiency and reducing healthcare cost, has attracted much concern of governments and healthcare institutions and Various healthcare information system has emerged. With the incresement of healthcare information data and application of complex healthcare business processed, while isolated healthcare information system cannot satisfy the needs of new healthcare services,it is an urgent need to address the problem of integration among different healthcare information systems.Based on the idea of service-oriented architecture we propose an S3HC- ICH smart service system which covers the entire process of prevention, first-aid, diagnosis and rehabilitation. It puts forward a kind of healthcare servie architecture based on resource integration and an multi-layer solution which consist of healthcare network infrastructure, medical knowledge management, healthcare service platform and healthcare business application.Firstly, this paper makes an detail analysis of business process and functional requirements and then describes the role and responsibility of the healthcare service platform under the concept of bilateral resource integration service mode. It also discusses the healthcare service quality architecture and healthcare service quality model, while focusing on the research of healthcare service satisfaction evaluation architecture.Secondely, this paper analyzes healthcare sevice selection mechanism based on quality of service which aims to address the problem of healthcare service selection proposed by amout of patients in healthcare service system. The first means to solve the problem is selecting healthcare service based on multi-attribute decision making. Except that, this paper pays more attention to the means to conduct the process of healthcare service selection which makes prediction of patients'satisfaction on healthcare service through the way of collaborative filting.Finally, this paper implements service modeling of S3HC-ICH treatment and rehabilitation oriented service system and specify implementation type for each service using the method of servie-oriented analysis and design. Next, all service components of this service system need to be developed and integrated to satisfy business needs of participants of this healthcare service system.
