Design And Implementation Of Patient Mobile Service System Based On Wechat Public Platform

The outpatient department is the front window of the hospital's external service,and the outpatient work efficiency directly affects the patient's medical experience.Registration,charging,waiting,diagnosis and treatment are the main links of outpatient work."Three long and one short" means long waiting time for registration,long waiting time for payment,long waiting time for treatment and short visiting time for doctors,which has become the pain point of outpatient work.Improving the efficiency of outpatient work has become the top priority of outpatient work.This topic is a set of mobile service system for patients based on wechat public platform,which integrates reservation,registration,payment,waiting,intelligent guidance,pre triage and report query functions,to optimize the outpatient workflow of a 3A hospital.In this paper,the specific needs of hospital outpatient work are described in detail,and the feasibility analysis is carried out Visio UML modeling,detailed design of the overall functional structure of the system,the system includes two parts: the system management end and the patient end,the system management end using Power Builder 9.0 development,C / S architecture,running in the hospital intranet,directly connected with his database;the patient end using Visual Studio 2015 Development,C # programming,based on wechat public platform,deployed on the Internet,patient side and hospital intranet data interaction through Web Service interface.In 2020,COVID-19 outbreak,the hospital outpatient epidemic prevention and control pressure is huge.In order to reduce the risk of cross infection and rapid shunt patients in the hospital,the system combined with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control,joined the pre examination triage,nucleic acid one-stop service and intelligent guidance module,screened patients with fever or high-risk areas ahead of time,and guided them to fever clinics before admission.It has the characteristic function.With the use of patient mobile service system,the work efficiency of hospital outpatient service has been significantly improved.During the period of epidemic prevention and control,the work pressure of the ground pre triage staff in the hospital has been greatly reduced,and the risk of nosocomial infection has been reduced.No matter during the period of epidemic prevention and control,or in the period of post epidemic,it is a good helper to help optimize the work process of hospital outpatient service.
