In this paper to solve the problems of supervision and management in enterprise production, we research and design a system which can achieve the functions of automatic monitoring and intelligent scheduling management. The system belongs to Manufacturing Execution System. It's the unity of business planning management in upper layer and controlling in underlying layer. In this paper we research the requirement of the system and key technology of designing. We describe the design in detail to achieve the system's automatic monitoring and intelligent scheduling functions.In the design of automatic monitoring, the system is based on CAN bus network. The equipments in dispersed workshops are connected to the network as accessed points. The system uses single chip machines and sensors to collect data, CAN bus to transmit the data. In upper layer of the system host controller and client are designed to save and display the data received from underlying layer. In host controller we design a server, and database is built on it. Database can save the collected data such as current, pressure, temperature. The server can also generate daily data report of the device. The client provides operation interface for administrator. It can display the results of monitoring data.The intelligent scheduling system can effectively solve the actual problems with the goal of reduce the production cost. To solve the actual problems that exit in the scheduling, such as temporary inserting orders, modifying orders and machine failure, the scheduling system should adapt to the dynamic scheduling conditions and make the new scheduling objective and original scheduling objective of consistency and succession. An improved genetic algorithm is used in scheduling. In the operation the genetic algorithm is improved. Matrix coding, steady-state reproduction and linear transformation of fitness improved the operation efficiency of genetic algorithm. Rescheduling program is designed to solve the problem of job changing. The design of flexible scheduling makes the system adaptive and valuable in the actual production scheduling. The system is applied in rubber manufacturing for practice. The CAN bus and distributed network effectively solve the troubles brought by the large scale workshop and the quantities of devices for production monitoring. Compared with traditional manual scheduling, intelligent scheduling system not only improves the efficiency of work, but also provides scientific theory basis for scheduling results, and it is more reasonable and beneficial for decreasing production cost. Using automatic monitoring and intelligent scheduling system in enterprise has an important significance.This paper has introduced the application condition, demand analysis, functions of the system and also the construction, designing ideas and methods of the system including hardware designing and software designing in detail.
