In deflagration process analysis,chemical reaction research,real-time temperature field measurement,gas concentration detection,etc.,transient information is usually obtained through photosensitive signals.The high-speed signal acquisition system is the most direct and effective tool for studying transient processes and for rapid detection.At present,high-speed oscilloscopes or high-speed data acquisition cards are usually used for transient response signals and fast gas-sensing detection.These detection devices are usually expensive and bulky,and they are generally researched and analyzed under laboratory conditions.This largely limits the application of high-speed data acquisition technology.Therefore,in this paper,based on the detection of the transient change of the CO concentration during the deflagration of butane gas,a small high-speed photosensitive signal acquisition device driven by an STM32 microcontroller is designed.The high-speed data acquisition circuit is the main module of the system design.This paper selects the high-speed analog-to-digital conversion chip AD9481 as the core of the data acquisition module through the design and comparative analysis of two schemes.This text has designed the peripheral clock drive circuit,single-ended-differential signal conversion circuit,high-speed data buffer circuit and other circuits of AD9481 chip.These circuits are used to realize high-speed signal acquisition and data buffering functions.The high-speed signal acquisition module is connected with the STM32F407ZGT6 single-chip microcomputer module to form a miniaturized high-speed signal acquisition system with a sampling rate of 200 MSa/s.This article builds a real circuit system for the designed high-speed signal acquisition module.In this high-speed signal acquisition system,the STM32 module controls the start and end of the signal acquisition process,and completes tasks such as data reading and data processing of the acquired signals.The designed high-speed signal acquisition system and photoelectric signal detection module constitute a transient gas-sensitive detection system,which collects on-site data on the concentration change of the intermediate product CO produced at the moment of butane deflagration.In this paper,the designed high-speed data acquisition circuit module has been tested.Tests show that the sampling rate of the circuit system has reached 200 MSa/s,the circuit system can collect data with a time resolution of 5 ns for transient response signals with a response time of less than 160 ?s.Through the data acquisition experiment of the transient light-sensitive signal of CO gas during the deflagration of butane,it is shown that the data collected by the system in this paper can reflect the change of the transient signal in the field.This paper completed the acquisition of the 160 ?s time length of the transient photosensitive signal of CO gas during the deflagration process,and realized the design of a low-cost,miniaturized high-speed data acquisition system.The system design has achieved the expected goal.
