Modeling And Analysis Of Network Behavior Propagation Based On Historical Data

In the era of rapid information development,people's original way of information exchange has changed.People start to communicate through social networks for contact,information sharing,emotional communication.There is an information exchange among people in this process,and the communication of information can show the propagation behavior of users to a certain extent.User propagation behavior triggers the mass dissemination of information,and this propagation influence will affect the decision-making behavior of users.For example,eating behaviors among adolescent peers can have a large impact on them.Study network behavior propagation,and analyze the harbor behavioral laws and interest changes underlying social network user behaviors.It is helpful to study the behavior prediction of network users.In recent years,with the attention paid to complex networks by researchers,the research results of complex networks have been more and more.Many scholars also combine complex networks from their own research fields to analyze research related issues.This paper is based on the theory of classical communication and constructs a model of network communication by combining the recently booming social networks.To examine whether individuals have a crucial influence on behavioural transmission.Self impact values and neighbor impact values are added during propagation.The results demonstrate that both factors have an impact on behavioral transmission.This article will explain from the following two aspects:(1)Based on the SI communication model,we build a behavior communication model to study the network behavior propagation.First,the self influence value is added to the propagation,which means that an individual's behavior will have an impact on the next behavior after it occurs.Neighbors also have an impact on individual behavior in the transmission process,so we join the neighbor influence value to study the neighbor's influence on behavior propagation.Finally,the simulation is carried out through experiments,and it is found that the influence of self influence and neighbor influence values on behavioral motivation values is influential.This verifies the validity of the proposed model.(2)Based on the SIR model,we construct a new SIRI propagation model.In real life,people may get bored with a behavior that repeats many times and generally does not occur again for a short period of time.But over time,people may also be affected by this behavior.Therefore,this paper improves the SIR model to make it more in line with the dissemination of real world behavior.Behavioral motivation values and the number of neighbor infections were added to the model to study their effects on behavior transmission.In order to make the model closer to the real situation,the values of self influence and neighbor influence are added to the values of behavioral motivation.The variables incorporated in the experiments are closer to the real world than in previous studies.The experiments raise the possibility of behavior prediction and the simulation results given also argue for the validity of our proposed model.Finally,in this paper,cartoon consumption data on the campus of Lanzhou Institute of technology are used as an example to test and validate the model.
