Fuzzy Adaptive Industrial Control Theory And Methods

This paper firstly introduced the method and the application of the fuzzy logic adaptive control to deal with the problems of uncertainty of practical environment. The validity of the methods were tested by the analysis and the simulation. In the end, the methods were applied in industrial control, they were tested effective. The mainly contents of the paper can be summarized as followed:Through out the analyzing of the principle of fuzzy control, it was founded that the reason of instability of the controller is the limitation of the structure, so an improved way, with the controller of monitor, is set up. Besides of that, the PID controller is improved with the fuzzy logic control, the two ways of modification were tested that they works.Based on the theory of Model Reference Adaptive Control, the fuzzy logic control is expressed in the structure of neural networks, so the traditional fuzzy control method can be modified by the back propagation arithmetic. One kind of improved method of fuzzy control which is expressed in neural networks, throughout the contrast, the improved way is more precise and rapider than traditional method, besides of that, it asks for less pre-experience.The improved control methods were applied to the assistant system of the power plant to build up the system of control and monitor on purifying water, they were tested effective in practical implements, then the software of system of supervision was designed by software of configuration of IFIX, it is an integrated system owning many functions, which include the collection of data, supervision of the equipments and realization of the orders.The historical data and the message of error are recorded and managed in the database of SQL Server, throughout the ODBC, the connection between the IFIX and the SQL Server was set up. In the end, the system of management of database was established.
