At the beginning of 2020,the whole country worked together to fight the COVID-19 epidemic,the digital transformation has been pressed on the "fast forward key ",entered a period of rapid development.Because of the special battle that our whole people's eyes have turned to digital transformation.In China,The digital process of various industries has entered the fast lane,of course,the securities industry is no exception.Fintech is fully enabling securities business,securities industry digital transformation of the technical basis is becoming more and more stable.The securities industry has changed from the stage of homogenization to the stage of characteristic development,and the customer's service demand for the securities industry has also changed significantly compared with the previous period,slowly transforming to convenience,high efficiency,and precision personality.Marketing customers in the securities company's main form of expression is to open a securities account,the securities industry each year more than 10 million new investors,the same industry are scrambling to run around.The population of 22 to 35 years old who are suitable for opening an account is getting less and less,and we must seize the current opportunity to vigorously develop customers.As the first bridge between securities companies and customers,the digital transformation of account opening system is very important.This paper uses Accenture Chinese enterprise digital transformation index model,based on the questionnaire survey,mainly from the three dimensions of main business growth,intelligent operation,business innovation to evaluate and analyze the current situation of the digital transformation of the account opening system of Founder Securities,combined with dynamic ability theory to obtain competitive advantage,find out the problems and causes of Founder Securities account opening system in the process of digital transformation,and gives some suggestions.Digital transformation helps Founder Securities to gain competitive advantage,enhance its core competitiveness,and promote the company to always be in the forefront in the securities industry.This study also has a certain reference value for the digital transformation of the securities industry and even the financial industry.
