Off-site account opening is a new financial business, which can help people open a security account within doors. It is an important prerequisite for users to enjoy the Internet financial services. Corresponding to the business, off-site account opening system includes many subsystems, such as instant messaging, streaming media transmission, digital signature, and image recognition. To provide fast and convenient service under the background of mobile Internet and ensure the user experience to seize more user entrance, the system should not only support the traditional desktop and Webpage client, but also must keep pace with the times, supporting Android and apple intelligent terminal which now occupy a large market in addtion. In this paper, the design and implementation of the system is a compositive system engineering. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the off-site account opening system, and divides the function module. Makes research of supporting technology of each module. Through analysis and comparison, chooses the appropriate instant messaging protocol and streaming media transmission protocol, makes analysis and improvement. With the strategy of divide and rule, makes the implementation of each sub module. In the development of the mobile client, considering the system has the characteristics of "fat server", proposes the use of hybrid development mode based on HTML5, which keeps the response speed and the operation fluency of original development mode, and greatly shortens the development cycle. Finally builts a secure, professional, business oriented off-site account opening system from server to client.
