Research On University Library Copyright Information Service For Author Users

Intellectual property information service has become an important direction in the service transformation of university libraries in China.As an important kind of intellectual property information service in university library,copyright information service has been paid more and more attention by the academic circle of library and university library.The emerging Internet information technology has not only impacted the traditional scientific research mode of universities,but also caused various kinds of copyright problems.University,the author as the mainstay of scientific research,the copyright information service demand increasing in scientific research,through the investigation into the practice of domestic key university library websites and the existing research literature,domestic university library,the author copyright information service is to provide,but did not form a system,to provide the service content of failing to meet the demand of the author’s copyright information.It is of great significance for university libraries to develop authors’ copyright information service to improve authors’ copyright awareness,maintain a good,healthy and sustainable academic environment,and promote academic exchanges.Firstly,this study uses the literature research method to sort out and analyze the current research situation and existing achievements on copyright information service of university libraries at home and abroad,and selects and draws on the theoretical framework suitable for this study--the theory of scientific research life cycle.This paper defines the concept of copyright information service of university library and the specific service contents of authors in three stages of scientific research activities,namely,writing stage,publishing stage and management stage of scientific research achievements.Secondly,this paper investigates the current situation of copyright information service in Chinese universities through network survey and questionnaire survey.Thirdly,this paper investigates the demand of Then,throug the network investigation method and case analysis method,this paper investigates the of American university library’s copyright information service for authors,and especially introduces the representative practice of university library’s copyright information service in three stages.Finally,based on the main problems of university library,the author copyright information services have not enough attention to the copyright education,service development not balanced,inadequate propaganda,construction is not perfect,service content,and level of shallow,from the experience of American university library service is put forward for optimizing information service of university library,the author copyright in China from the scientific research of life cycle processes,This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of author copyright information service in Chinese university library from three aspects of copyright service content and service form.
