In recent years,thanks to the development of infrastructure construction and the popularity of smart phones in Laos,as well as the impact of China on the Lao society under the background of One Belt And One Road,the development of e-commerce in Laos has become more and more mature.Many e-commerce platforms have also emerged in Laos,among which the e Hopping e-commerce platform set up by Laos Ltd has grown rapidly in recent years.Ehopping imitates the model of JD.com in China,which mainly sells digital products,and has grown rapidly in Laos thanks to the huge influence of the LTD group.On the basis of collecting relevant literature and theoretical basis,this paper studies the development status and problems of Ehopping Company in Laos.At present,Eshopping company in Laos has some problems,such as less evaluation of goods,imperfect online payment,low level of online marketing service and poor timeliness.In Laos Eshopping company's political environment,social environment and technology environment were analyzed,and the environment on the development of Eshopping company have deeper understanding,and through the SWOT analysis out Eshopping company now,despite its importance to advertising and marketing,price moderate,has the good advantage needs of society and the public,but also there is a payment system is not perfect,logistics system is not sound,smart phones,utilization rate is low.There are both opportunities of government support and regional development prospects,as well as challenges of fierce competition.Based on the analysis of macro environment and competition situation,this paper puts forward the development vision,corporate goal and strategic choice for the company,and thinks that Ehopping company should choose SO combination to implement growth strategy to speed up its own development.Therefore,the company should take positive measures to meet the market demand,increase the promotion and marketing efforts,improve the quality of products and services,and optimize the platform design,and ensure the implementation of the development strategy of Eshopping company from three aspects: organization,talent and system.From the research of this paper,it can be found that e-commerce is an emerging industry in Laos and has a broad space for development.But at the same time all aspects of the environment of Laos and other e-commerce mature area is not the same,so the electronic commerce to the development in Laos,and need to Laos peculiar national conditions,the situation of the political,economic,social and culture to develop its own development strategy,so as to develop suitable for electronic commerce development countermeasures of Laos society.In recent years,more and more foreign e-commerce companies also attach importance to the Lao market and want to seek development in Laos.Under such a background,local e-commerce companies in Laos should also make more efforts to give full play to their advantages and ensure their market position.
