| This study is a further exploration of the problems in the development of software R&D personnel’s career.Taking software R&D personnel of Z communication company as the research object,the paper finds out the career development dilemma and explores the countermeasures to solve these difficulties.The questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate and study,and the subjects were randomly selected.Through questionnaire survey,we can get their evaluation of career development and the existing problems.After careful analysis of the results of the questionnaire,representative employees were selected for interview.This paper aims to find out their career development dilemma and points out the direction for further research.After the investigation and analysis of software R&D personnel of Z communication company,it is found that there are some common problems,such as:long overtime,weak competitiveness,narrow promotion channels,no advantages and no sense of belonging between salary and peers.Based on the characteristics of software industry,the paper analyzes Z communication company and finds that there are some problems in the company:management confusion,low R&D efficiency,lack of core technology,product competitiveness,high substitution of R&D personnel,low profit of main business,high pressure on operating cost and great pressure on employees.At the same time,some problems are found from the R&D personnel themselves:the company has low recognition of corporate culture,which is prone to negative emotions,and it is easy to lose goals and lack of learning motivation in case of setbacks.This article through to Z communications software R&D staff career predicament and the reason analysis,respectively from the Angle of company managers,and software developers,puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.The company should optimize management methods,strengthen core technology research and development and staff training,increase executive power,improve profit level and optimize salary management system.Software R&D personnel should do:improve their own compressive ability,make professional development plan,define development direction,strengthen communication,arrange work and life time reasonably,keep a modest attitude of continuous learning,actively face the setbacks and difficulties encountered in the work,improve self-confidence in the work and avoid negative emotions.The paper studies the career development dilemma and Countermeasures of software R&D personnel in Z communication company.It can help software developers to see the problems and solutions that may be encountered in the process of professional development.It makes software R&D personnel create more value for the company and society while they are developing rapidly and healthily.Software R&D managers can better guide the professional development of software R&D personnel in daily management and policy making,and then improve the management ability of management cadres themselves. |
