Research On The Strategy Of Publishing Service Of National Library Collection Resources

The library is an important position for preserving and disseminating the culture of various regions,and it is responsible for popularizing science and culture and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the people.The library collection resources are one of the basic elements of the existence and establishment of the library,and the library collection resources are effectively used It is the duty of the library.Libraries should be aware of the importance of the development and utilization of collection resources,and the National Library should play an exemplary role and actively use collection resources to promote national culture and spread national spirit.In the context of the ever-changing scientific and technological progress and the continuous expansion of international cultural exchanges,the national libraries of various countries strengthen international cultural exchanges through the development,utilization and dissemination of collection resources,realize the dissemination and development of national excellent traditional culture,and effectively demonstrate national civilization and National characteristics.The National Library of China uses publishing to accelerate the rapid dissemination of information resources as the development and utilization method of collection resources,effectively expanding the information audience,and realizing the dissemination of collection resources to meet the diverse information needs of users.This study takes the National Library of China as the research and analysis object,and on the basis of comparing the practice of the National Library of Britain and the Library of Congress of the United States,it puts forward the strategy of improving the resource publishing service of the National Library of China.Firstly,through literature survey,we find that there are few studies on the role of the National Library of China as a publisher in the development of collection resources.Secondly,the author conducts a survey on the official websites of the National Library of China,the United Kingdom and the United States,and classifies the collection resources according to the current situation of the collection resources of the National Library of China.Thirdly,by investigating the publishing practices of the National Library of China,the British and American National Library through the National Library of China Press,Jingdong,Dangdang and Amazon.com,this paper summarizes the publishing model of the collection resources of the National Library of China.This paper analyzes the publishing mode of the collection resources of the National Library of China from four aspects: ordinary print publishing,photocopying publishing of ancient books,digital publishing of special collection and digital publishing of ancient books,combining with different dimensions of resource type,publishing form,service content and service form.Finally,according to the current situation of the development and utilization of collection resources and the provision of collection resources publishing services in different national libraries,Combining with the situation of China from the collection resources organization strategy,the ancient books resources development strategy,digital collection resources construction strategy and strategy of collection resources to promote four aspects summarized to improve China's national library collection resources development and utilization degree and the optimization and innovation of the national library of publishing service strategy,so as to provide follow-up for publishing services library industry development in China.
