APTEEN routing protocol is a hierarchical routing protocol in wireless sensor networks,which can not only periodically collect data,but also quickly respond to emergencies.The random selection of cluster heads in APTEEN routing protocol leads to low energy utilization of node and unbalanced energy consumption rate in network.Data redundancy in data transmission of APTEEN routing protocol leads to high energy consumption and large transmission delay.Aiming at the problems of low energy utilization rate of node and unbalanced energy consumption rate in network caused by the random selection of cluster heads in APTEEN routing protocol,a dynamic adaptive differential evolution algorithm(DA-DE)is proposed based on the differential evolution algorithm in this paper.In the evolutionary process of DA-DE algorithm,the individual fitness function is used to dynamically update the variation scaling factor and crossover factor to accelerate the convergence speed and increase the diversity of the population,and the optimization speed of the algorithm is improved on the premise of ensuring the accuracy.Then,DA-DE algorithm is introduced into the cluster head selection of APTEEN routing protocol,and an APTEEN routing protocol based on DA-DE clustering algorithm(DADE-APTEEN)is proposed.When selecting cluster heads,DA-DE algorithm is adopted in the DADE-APTEEN routing protocol.Considering the remaining energy of nodes,the position of cluster-head nodes in the cluster and the distance between cluster head nodes and the sink node,the energy consumption rate of network nodes is balanced and the energy of nodes is effectively utilized.Simulation results show that DADE-APTEEN routing protocol has more balanced energy consumption and longer network life cycle than APTEEN routing protocol.Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and large transmission delay caused by data redundancy in data transmission of APTEEN routing protocol,BP neural network is introduced into APTEEN routing protocol as data fusion algorithm in this paper,an improved APTEEN routing protocol based on BP neural network algorithm(BP-APTEEN)is proposed.The BP-APTEEN routing protocol uses three-layer BP neural network to fuse monitoring data,which reduces data redundancy,greatly reduces the amount of data sent by cluster head nodes to sink nodes and reduces the time of data transmission.The simulation results show that the BP-APTEEN routing protocol greatly reduces the energy consumption in network and prolongs the network life cycle by 80% under the premise of ensuring the accuracy.
