In the era of rapid development of information,in order to meet the material and spiritual needs of human beings, operators have kept pace with The Times and increased the investment in enterprise operation. The increase in network investment has become the demand of The Times, but the limited resources have greatly increased the difficulty in the development of operators.Under the background of national policies, the co-construction and sharing of telecommunication infrastructure has achieved remarkable effects under the linkage of relevant departments. At the same time, after the establishment of China Tower Co.,Ltd.,operators no longer build towers and indoor distribution systems by themselves, because China Tower Co.,Ltd cannot meet the huge requirements of operators for station construction.Due to the lack of strength in the early stage of China Iron Tower Co.,Ltd.,private enterprises had more flexible capital and professional technology direction, which greatly reduced the operators' various difficulties in infrastructure construction.ZX Company can effectively make up for the lack of construction strength of China Iron Tower Co.,Ltd.,with advantages in technology, manpower, fixed cost and other aspects, which indicates that ZX Company can steadily grow and occupy the leading position in joint construction and sharing market. This paper studies the co-construction and sharing mode of communication infrastructure project of ZX Company and analyzes the economic benefits brought by the co-construction and sharing mode to the enterprise.Based on relevant theories at home and abroad on the basis of the research on the co-construction and sharing, with ZX company indoor distribution system construction project as an example, analyzing the co-construction and sharing mode project cost and project income and profit and loss balance analysis, evaluation of project investment benefit, finally put forward the co-construction and sharing mode of subsequent project operation safeguards. This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Based on the industry and competition pattern of the communication market, the mode of co-construction and sharing of communication infrastructure projects of ZX Company can add strength to the enterprise market for the construction of telecom supporting infrastructure, and solve the problem of insufficient personnel, equipment and capital input for the originally state-owned assets based communication coconstruction and sharing equipment construction enterprises.(2)The communication infrastructure projects of ZX Company are constructed in accordance with the standards of operators. The cooperation method is adopted to closely integrate with operators to enhance the cooperation relationship, and rental discount is adopted to attract operators.Through the analysis of project cost and income, the investment recovery status of the project under different circumstances is discussed. It is concluded that the investment recovery period of the project is no more than 3 years, the net present value of the investment is greater than zero, the investment is feasible.(3)In the co-construction and sharing mode of communication infrastructure projects,ZX Company may face some risks, such as policy and default risk, which should be avoided or controlled by the company.(4)In the follow-up operation of the co-construction and sharing mode of communication infrastructure projects, the service quality should be evaluated regularly, and both parties should be constrained by fines. The management mechanism and fault handling scheme for the daily maintenance of equipment should be formulated to ensure the completion of the project with high efficiency, quality and quantity.
