The Design And Implementation Of Telecommunications Infrastructure Co-construction And Sharing Management System For Jining City

In an information society, the requirements of information transmission media are increasing high. The original model of telecommunications companies providing services independently has not been able to satisfy the people’s requirements. Besides, it becomes an important task of Jining city to share and co-construct telecommunications infrastructure through efficient network mode. Therefore, a telecommunications infrastructure co-construction and sharing management system should be designed to meet the requirements of current telecommunications infrastructure co-construction and sharing and to improve the informatization level.Referring to the mainstream technology Jining telecommunications infrastructure co-construction and sharing management system develops its overall technical architecture. A wide range of B/S architecture, the Model-View-Control design pattern, and Struts, Hibernate framework technology based on J2EE platform are used in the system while MySQL CommunityServer5.1.60 is deployed as the database.Jining telecommunications infrastructure co-construction and sharing management system includes six main functions, these are co-construction management business, sharing the management business, resource map business, contract funds business, rural informatization service and enterprise view business. Co-construction management business covers tower, base stations, indoor, cable, rod road, pipeline and other resources’ co-construction. Sharing management business covers tower, base stations, indoor, cable, rod road, pipeline and other resources’ sharing. Resource map business covers resource map and comprehensive inquiry. Contract funds business covers contract management, processing of collection and payment. Rural informatization service covers the formulation of village-to-village connection task, the history results query of the village. Enterprise view business covers co-construction details inquiry, sharing detail inquiry, co-construction and sharing summary and the inquiry of tower, base stations, indoor, cable, rod road and pipeline.Currently, the system has been made available for trial operation, and the result show that the system accelerated the pace of Jining telecommunications infrastructure co-construction and sharing as well as saved operating costs of Jining telecommunications company which promotes the level of Jining informatization construction.
