In the context of economic globalization,the logistics industry has been born,and it has continued to develop toward scale,specialization and intelligence.High-precision positioning technology is one of the core technologies on which intelligent logistics relies.The high-precision positioning technology based on the needs of the Internet of Things,that is,the high-precision positioning technology required for objects within the coverage of the Internet of Things,can not only be applied to storage management,cargo stacking management,container management,cargo distribution and real-time tracking in the intelligent logistics link It can also be applied to disaster relief,social public environment and financial supervision,intelligent transportation,and personnel management in large ships.With the development of the Internet of Things,a large number of connection requirements for sensing and control have arisen.However,in wireless positioning,the positioning accuracy of the narrowband Internet of Things(NB-Iot)is poor with cell-ID positioning method.Further integration of the fifth generation mobile communication system(5G)and the NB-Iot network is expected to effectively improve the positioning accuracy of the NB-Iot network.Therefore,the high-precision positioning algorithm used in the research of fusion networks has broad application prospects and academic significance.In order to improve the positioning accuracy of NB-Iot,this article proposes to introduce multiple cluster nodes based on the 5G and NB-Iot heterogeneous positioning frameworks,which have the function of communicating with 5G and NB-Iot networks simultaneously.The signal bandwidth in the NB-Iot network is narrow and clock synchronization is difficult to achieve,so only the positioning principle based on DOA(direction of arrival)and the fingerprint positioning principle based on RSSI(received signal strength)information can be considered.In this paper,5G is first used to locate cluster nodes with high accuracy based on the principle of TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival).Then based on the solution space(x±?_x,y±?_y),according to the DOA and finger position fusion algorithm based on RSSI information,the cluster nodes help NB-Iot terminal to complete the positioning.This method helps reduce matching time and improves the accuracy of methods that rely on a single DOA/RSSI positioning principle.At the same time,considering the cluster node positioning error,the error of the global positioning algorithm of the fusion network is analyzed.This paper proposes a k-means algorithm based on the TDOA positioning error,which can obtain more accurate NB-Iot network positioning results.Compared with pure NB-Iot network positioning performance,the final positioning accuracy of the proposed method for NB-Iot terminals can be improved by about 75%.In this paper,through the research on narrowband Iot positioning,combined with 5G/NB-Iot fusion framework with the introduction of cluster node,theoretically,the positioning accuracy of Iot terminals can be improved to 10 meters,which provides theoretical reference for NB-Iot high-precision positioning in practical applications.
