The most prior guideline for generation of electricity is "Safety first, precaution crucial ". Safety is always the most crucial point during the process of generation of electricity. The boiler is one of the most important components in the electric generating set. Once it has some safety problem, the entire electric generating set must stop production. This will lead to not only considerable economic losses but also serious social influence. Therefore, how to ensure the safe working of the boiler appears especially important. Ever since a long time ago, Boiler Tube Failure (BTF) is one of the hardest problems for heat-engine plant regarding its safe production. Because of its high rate of accidents which were brought by BTF, it has large influence on the technical and economic index of electricity production. Because of the complicated structure and peculiar working environment of boiler, it is impossible for man to check its working parameter manually. In order to assist operating staff and enterprise leads to realize and supervise the real-time operating status of the boiler, a set of boiler equipment safety monitors and decision-making systems are required to forecast the health status of the boiler equipment and make suitable decisions in time to ensure the stable operating of the boiler.Based on the project of boiler monitoring system in Qingdao power plant, tacking J2EE as technical platform, this thesis describes the B/S based boiler safety assistant decision-making system for thermal power plant(BSADS), designs over-restriction enquiry module, status estimation and assistant decision module, System manager module and so on.Base on the background and the current status of Research And Development for this system, in this thesis relevant technologies have been introduced, analysis of system requirements and design of structure have been depicted, key questions about the system requirement have been detailed analyzed, and some typical instances have been descript.This thesis means to resolve the following problems:1. to find out the exact calculation and analysis module for the boiler system.2. to ensure that controllers and monitoring users can check all safety relative parameter.3. to realization of examine handle horizontal of workman by count of out of gauge.Through the analysis and estimation of the boiler status, this thesis is intended to prevent the accidents from boiler production, improve the reliability of the set, realize the safe and economical operating of the thermal power plant, increase the profit of the enterprise.
