Investigation And Research On Non-state-owned Museums In Jinan City

This thesis takes 37 non-state-owned museums in Jinan as the research object,and understands the development status of non-state-owned museums in Jinan through investigations.Based on the background of the rise and development of non-state-owned museums in Jinan,it examines the problems that exist in the development.Sort out,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The gradual strengthening of the state's policy support for non-state-owned museums and the excellent historical culture of Shandong and Jinan have provided the foundation for the emergence and development of non-state-owned museums in Jinan.In the process of sorting out and analyzing its development status,it was found that the non-state-owned museums in Jinan City have common problems,such as the problems of difficult to distinguish the authenticity of the collections,poor management,unknown ownership,lack of professional talents,insufficient funds and insufficient supervision.The most fundamental one is the funding issue.Once the funding issue is resolved,the remaining issues will be greatly improved.In response to these problems,four suggestions are put forward.Among them,the expansion of funding sources and the exploration of multi-channel cooperation are of reference value for solving funding problems.Improving the system construction is helpful to solving the problem of insufficient management and supervision of collections.The development of museum clusters is conducive to the sustainable development of non-state-owned museums in Jinan.
