Research On Risk Management Of Y Company's Data Security Desensitization System Project

In recent years,with the development of big data analysis and the deepening of value mining,the value of data is increasing.The value of data lies in the circulation.Data in various industries is used in internal circulation,also need to be Shared externally,which is the demand for data to exert great value,but it is also one of the sources of information leakage.In recent years,there have been many data leakage problems on a global scale.According to the national and communication industry's planning and requirements for information security protection,data security desensitization technology has been used in the communication industry to protect system information security.As a telecommunications operators,Y Company has desensitized the internal secret-related system according to the requirements of the superior department,and has put the sensitive data into the desensitized data security desensitization system,and the desensitized security data will be used for production and sharing.Research of risk management based on data security desensitization project of Y company(referred to:desensitization project)as the research object,by participating in the whole process of the project and research in desensitization system could meet the actual risk of the problems in the process of project,according to the characteristics of desensitization project,through the application of relevant models and methods of risk management,risk identification and assessment,aiming at evaluation results,formulate the corresponding strategy.The main contribution of this paper is to study the application of risk management theory to practical projects,form a risk monitoring system,and form a standardized risk management system within Y Company,so as to improve the project risk management ability of Y Company and provide reference for the risk management of phase II projects and other projects of the company.At the beginning of the paper,the background and significance of the research are described,and the theories,models and methods related to the risk management of the project are introduced.Based on the background of desensitization project and the existing risk problems,the risk management planning of desensitization project is firstly carried out,and the risk management process and specific methods are mainly determined.Secondly,Delphi method is used to identify the risk of desensitization project,and a table of risk factors is obtained.Secondly,the historical data method and FMEA analysis method were used for risk assessment,and the ranking of each risk factor was calculated quantitatively.Finally,according to the level of risk factors,combined with the characteristics and actual situation of desensitization project,targeted risk disposal was carried out,and finally a risk monitoring system was established in Company Y,so as to improve the overall risk response and disposal capacity of the enterprise.
