Research On APP Design For Elder Citizens Based On User Experience

With the development of science and technology,the problem of aging society is becoming more and more serious.Pension problem has now become has become a worldwide problem.Our country has continuously introduced relevant pension policies to promote active pension.As an important part of active pension,Elder university has attracted more and more attention from the elderly.This topic combines elder university and user experience.Through the analysis of the elderly user experience,relevant apps are developed to help the elderly get a better experience in the learning process.This article expounds the topic from four aspects.The first part describes the development background and research status of Elder university,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of user experience,established the theoretical basis of the subject.The second part expounds the physiological changes,mental changes and cognitive changes of elderly users.Combined with the structure of elder university,analyze the factors that hinder the participation of elderly users in learning.The third part analyzes the design principles of the APP and combines them with the participation process of the elder university,then get the APP design principles for the elderly users.This article describes five aspects of compliance principle,the principle of compliance,foucus on main functions,the user's emotional experience,interactive guidance design,and the interface design.The fourth part is the analysis of the needs of target users..The fourth part analyzes the needs of target users.First,through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the users participating in elder university get the actual difficulties and personal choice tendency of the elderly users in the whole participation process.Then create user portraits and user history maps,analyze their behavior and psychology,further explore user needs,and get design opportunities.The fifth part is the design part.Based on the previous four parts of the research,the corresponding design strategy was formulated from the perspective of user experience,and related design output was made in accordance with the design strategy.The elder university APP needs to integrate various effective resources.While building an efficient and convenient participation platform for the elderly,it is also necessary to build a good publicity platform for other stakeholders to achieve multi-faceted cooperation.Studying elder university APP,on the one hand,is to help the elders better participate in their studies and enjoy their old age.On the other hand,it can cultivate the mental model of the elderly and help the elderly to better understand and use mobile media software.
