From the spring of 2020 to March 2021,the medical staff and volunteers who have been fighting on the front line of COVID-19 have made great sacrifices and contributions to the fight against the epidemic.Ordinary people actively respond to the arrangements of the state and the government.To stay at home is to contribute their strength.The people of the whole country worked together to fight the COVID-19 and spent a special and long holiday.As far as China is concerned,many industries are facing crisis under the epidemic,such as catering,tourism,transportation,film and television entertainment,etc.when the offline industry is threatened,the Internet industry has been given the opportunity to develop.During the period of home isolation,mobile phones have become an important carrier for the masses of leisure and entertainment.During the epidemic period,the download amount of short video app reached the peak.The reasons for the popularity of short video not only include the continuous supply of high-quality content,but also become an important platform for people to express their emotions.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the emotional factors in the existing short video app according to the audience’s aesthetic quality and visual perception,At the same time,it introduces the three-level theory combed in emotional design by American psychologist Donald Norman,and combines the short video App Design with the emotional design.In this paper,the analysis and research of short video app includes the research of short video content and app interface,both content and app interface are inseparable from the emotional design.By comparing the similarities and differences of all kinds of short video content and interface style on mobile terminal,this paper analyzes the uniqueness and importance of emotional expression in short video design on mobile terminal.Then based on the visual perception level of the user interface audio-visual element analysis,finally summed up how to optimize the emotional design in the short video app from multiple angles,so as to improve the user’s stickiness to the short video app.The short video platform can also establish its own brand image and increase the user’s identity to the short video app.
