Research On Quality Evaluation Index Of Mobile Terminal Short Video

Mobile Terminal Short Video(MTSV),as an important Big Data resource,has become one of the most lucrative Big Data.However,its quality is uneven,which greatly affected the liquidity of MTSV.Thus,evaluating MTSV quality has become a new research direction.This thesis focuses on the quality evaluation of MTSV on social media,and intends to establish a MTSV quality evaluation system.We defined MTSV and the quality of MTSV.In consideration of MTSV characteristic and the difficulty of users to propose indicators,the preliminary quality evaluation index system of MTSV has constructed.Thirty three secondary indicators had been put forward,according to PCA,nine interference indicators has been eliminated,and the final MTSV quality evaluation index system has been formed.Based on the relevant studies of information quality evaluation,we grouped the indicators into four dimensions: inherent quality dimension,situational quality dimension,expression quality dimension and access quality dimension.Then the Bayesian model of MTSV quality evaluation has been constructed.Experiment shows that the Bayesian model of MTSV quality has up to 84.6% reliability.Finally,from the managerial perspective of MTSV platform and video publishers,management suggestions has been put forward.The MTSV quality evaluation index system constructed in this thesis theoretically supplemented the UGC quality research,put forward a method of evaluating MTSV quality,and provided the industry with some management solutions of improving the quality of MTSV.
