In recent years,with the increasing enrichment of Internet communication means and the rapid development of communication technology,the scale of the Internet celebrity economy has grown substantially;the Multi-Channel Network(MCN)institution originated in the United States has gradually become an important link in the Internet celebrity economic chain,undertaking the work of the Internet celebrity brokerage company.This article takes Ward Company as a research case,with the help of document analysis,case analysis,etc.,to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment of Ward Company,and uses SWOT and QSPM matrix to select business strategy;it uses strategic research tools to analyse the enterprise actuality,and formulate business strategy,which has important reference value for the achievement of Ward's future business strategic goals.Through the research and analysis of this article,we can know: 1.The macro-environment of over 800 million netizens,the rapidly growing MCN model,and diversified realization ways promote the business development of Ward;but the current competition barriers in the industry have emerged,and internal competition has further intensified.The bargaining power of buyers of online content products is generally higher than that of supply companies,the company has certain advantages in terms of the threat of substitutes and the bargaining power of suppliers.2.The current company's internal social resources,internal cash flow,human resources and other factors are conducive to the design and implementation of the company's business strategy;but problems of liquidity,development costs,and content production quality restrict the operation of the company.3.Ward's optional business strategies include: joint business strategy,differentiation strategy,diversification strategy,and concentration strategy;by calculating the QSPM matrix score,the company finally chooses the target market blue ocean strategy and product concentration production strategy;namely: Avoid fierce competition in popular areas,and aim at a single market direction in the western blue ocean provinces to carry out a business strategy of higher quality products and services.4.The Ward's future business strategic implementation plans is summarized in three aspects: development,business and functional levels.Specific measures include: perfecting the corporate organizational structure,strengthening human resources protection,broadening the company's profit channels,and improving content production capabilities,etc.;And the strategy implementation process is evaluated and controlled.Finally,summarize and look forward to the full text research.
