As the main part of motion control in modern industry,servo driver is widely used in industrial automation equipment because of its high precision and fast response.However,with the advent of the era of intelligent industry,the emergence of big data,cloud computing and other emerging industries has prompted a big change in the industrial field.The manufacturing industry with digital driven industrial big data mode began to appear.The main body of communication is no longer limited to people or people and things.The communication business with things as the entity is more and more in the industrial scene,such as factory automation control,industrial internet of things,automatic driving and so on.The amount of data shows a blowout development.Industrial equipment needs high-speed,real-time processing of massive data to meet the current needs.Although the use of wired cable for data transmission can meet the needs of high-speed transmission,because engineers need to debug on the back of the servo motor every time,they can not achieve real-time control,so it is not convenient to use.In order to improve the efficiency of data transmission of existing servo drivers and expand the use of servo motors,it is necessary to develop a remote monitoring system of servo motors based on wireless communication according to the characteristics of big data era,so as to improve its debugging efficiency and convenience.This project relies on GJS3 series servo drive system of Shenyang CASNC Technology Co.,Ltd.After a detailed analysis of the laboratory research environment and system requirements,a remote debugging system of servo driver based on Windows system is developed by using C# technology on Visual Studio 2019 platform.First of all,this thesis will start from the current situation of servo monitoring system at home and abroad.Based on Wi Fi,the application of wireless communication in servo machine is studied.First,the serial port communication between the servo driver and the PC is adjusted through the Wi Fi module by using the serial port debugging tool to ensure that the Wi Fi module can communicate with the PC.Then a PC servo motor monitoring system is realized,which mainly includes parameter configuration module,communication module,servo driver control module,data acquisition and analysis module.In this thesis,different design schemes are given according to the requirements of different modules,in which the communication module is the most important module,which can improve the speed and stability of wireless transmission.This thesis will focus on wireless communication protocol,mainly ModBus protocol,and improve the design mode of existing serial communication protocol to meet the high-speed data transmission requirements in the era of industrial big data.Then the improved adaptive serial communication protocol is tested in the designed servo driver remote monitoring system,and the algorithm is mainly verified from the transmission efficiency,transmission stability,frame error rate and other dimensions.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm performs well in the system.Finally,all modules of the servo drive remote monitoring system are tested as a whole and separately.The test is mainly functional test,and test cases are designed to test them.In addition,the non functional test is carried out for the communication function module.The final test results show that the remote monitoring system has stable operation,Excellent performance,can meet the demand and achieve the desired effect.
