Multifunctional servo type liquidometer system was designed, in order to meet industrial development needs. With the rapid development of industry, in many fields of liquidometer, conditions of use, measurement accuracy and cost-effective put forward more and more high demand. In view of this current situation, a kind of intelligent method instrumentation was developed. To achieve high precision automation level measurement, a servo type liquidometer design scheme based on AVR MCU was puted forward. Using The ATmel company production ATmega161 as control core, and using combination of hall sensors, pressure sensor, and configuration precise stepper motor and LCD display, these provide hardware safeguard for high accuracy measurement. Overall system adopted upper and lower level computer communicational structure, these was real-time communication between monitor terminal PC and each AVR microcontroller through SR232-485 standard conversion chip MAX485 chip, it realize the PC of whole system to monitor the lower level. the computer not only can place control to the lower, but also can realize data receive, data storage, display and analysis, which was detected by lower level computer. To improve the measurement precision, based on the principle of balance of buoyancy, comprehensived two level measurement basis, the system measured respectively the liquid level and then ask their average, which not only improve the measuring precision, and offer the reliable basis for the system troubleshoot. The whole system theory is clear, and have simple operation, high reliability, the trial operation to reach good control effect.
