In today's world,the development of science and technology is changing with each passing day,the application of information technology continues to be popularized and deepened,the trend of personalized consumer demand continues to increase,and the corresponding competition mechanism is gradually established and perfected.Under such a background,enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness,and the demand for new logistics models and logistics technology will continue to increase.Therefore,many enterprises choose to start with customer service and use services to extend their value chain.In order to meet the consumers' individual needs,a new type of logistics distribution system with consumers as its core needs to emerge urgently.In order to meet the individual needs of consumers,the new high-efficiency and precise sorting and circulation of continuous materials(taking grain as an example)can be described as: establishing a small grain logistics distribution center in the supermarket or the neighborhood,and consumers can follow their own the demand for food is a certain amount or a certain amount of grain for purchase.The existing bulk grains such as rice and flour are mostly packaged in fixed specifications,which cannot meet the diverse needs of consumers.However,The new sorting strategy proposed in this paper can make consumers change from passive consumption to active consumption,which greatly facilitates people's daily life.As a dynamic resource allocation theory under the new situation,polling has a simple implementation process and is easier to operate.Gradually,It has attracted the heed of scholars at home and abroad in various fields.Moreover,in various production and life practices,polling has been widely used.First of all,this paper combines the three basic polling control mechanisms of complete,threshold,and limit(K=1)to establish a two-level parallel polling control system model based on continuous material order sorting(including continuous material order sorting complete-parallel threshold wheel Inquiry control system model and continuous material order sorting completely-parallel limit(K=1)polling control system model).Secondly,using embedded Markov chain,probability generating function,and pulling transformation as mathematical analysis tools,the average queue length(MQL)and average waiting time(MWT)of the system are derived.Then,the two system models were confirmed through numerical analysis.Furthermore,compared and analyzed the two system control strategies.In addition,by imagining a continuous material distribution center,the application of the two-level parallel polling control strategy is analyzed and researched,and the complete-parallel threshold two-level polling system and the complete-parallel limit(K=1)two-level polling system are carried out.Inquire about the comparative analysis between systems and under different order structures,and explore the best sorting control strategy suitable for different situations.At the end of this paper,the main substance of this research is reviewed,and summarized the main results of this research.At the same time,the deficiencies of this research are pointed out,and the research direction and future research ideas,references and opinions in this field under the new economic conditions are put forward.The new type of logistics sorting system control strategy studied in this paper,including continuous material order sorting complete-parallel threshold polling control strategy and continuous material order sorting complete-parallel limited(K=1)polling control strategy.The second round inquiry control theory is applied to order sorting of continuous material to obtain relevant important characteristic parameters of the system.This is the core of this paper and it is one of the innovations of this paper.Another innovation is that the system efficiency comparison analysis under the different order sorting control strategies and different order structures are carried out,and a continuous material order sorting control strategy suitable for different situations are obtained,which aims to sort orders for the distribution center.The choice of control strategy provides valuable reference and reference to effectively improve its order sorting efficiency.
