With the development of media technology,the forms of news media are becoming more and more diversified.The carrier of media content has experienced from single text to graphic form,and then to the comprehensive expression of audio and video.With the continuous progress of media technology,the audience's demand for information is also increasing.The mainstream media vlog news is a typical product of news communication under the influence of new technology and new ideas.Vlog is video blog,also known as video log,video blog,etc.it is a new form of short video,which is considered to be the continuation of traditional blog.Since 2018,it has been widely used in the news reports of mainstream media.As a form of news report,it has only existed for two years,but its proportion in news reports is increasing.As a new kind of news media,the mainstream media vlog news has the main characteristics of personification,life and documentary.At the same time,its novel and interesting forms of expression are also in line with the acceptance habits of "net generation" youth.Therefore,the mainstream media vlog news is deeply welcomed and loved by young audiences by virtue of the above characteristics,which can improve the news guidance of mainstream media while enhancing the audience stickiness.Taking the mainstream media's vlog news as the research object,this paper uses three methods: literature analysis,text analysis and comparative research to study the characteristics,shortcomings and solutions of visual persuasion of mainstream media's vlog news.This paper is divided into three parts.The introduction introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and concept definition,and combs the existing relevant literature,so that readers can have a certain understanding of the research object of this paper and understand the necessity of its research content.The first chapter describes the origin and development of vlog news,and explains the constituent elements of visual persuasion by analyzing the communicator,communication object,communication content and communication effect.In the analysis of the visual persuasion effect of mainstream media vlog news,with the help of Paul mesary's visual persuasion's image,indication and uncertainty,the characteristics of visual persuasion of vlog news are summarized as image,indication and participation.In the process of analysis,it is illustrated with news cases of mainstream media,and it is concluded that vlog news strengthens its persuasive effect through immersion presentation,markedness confirmation and the participation of audio-visual structure.At the same time,the current mainstream media in the visual persuasion of vlog news still has some shortcomings,such as lengthy content,emphasis on entertainment and neglect of persuasion effect.The deficiency of fact presentation and emotional expression will affect the visual persuasion effect.For the above problems,this paper puts forward some improvement methods from the perspective of media,journalists,producers and audiences,such as fine screening news topics,shaping personality charm and enhancing interactive effect,so as to enhance the communication power and influence of mainstream media vlog news.It is expected that the research results can serve the news and communication industry and optimize the visual persuasion effect of vlog news.
