Analysis Of Multipl Role Orientation Of Variety Show Hosts

In the fast-paced media life environment,people's yearning for "slow" life and the desire for real emotional communication have prompted a kind of observation variety show in the form of "the first live reality show + the second live observation interview".Since 2018,multi-theme observation variety shows have successively won the top ratings of all platforms on the TV and network,and gained wide attention and affection from the public,making them one of the types of variety shows with high ratings at present.The success of observational variety shows cannot be separated from the innovation of content and form,one of which is the innovative role orientation of the host.In view of the level shows the rise of this phenomenon,the author will select "watch variety show host" as the research object,using literature research,case study,the text analysis,semi-structured interviews and so on four kinds of research methods,starting from the multiple roles positioning of the type of host,discusses variety show host on the specific meanings of this type of program.This paper is mainly divided into six chapters,three,four five and six chapters are the focus of this paper.The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the current situation of observational variety shows.The third chapter starts from the dialectical and unified relationship of observing the role style,role function,role conflict and balance of variety show hosts,and analyzes the specific performance of the multiple role positioning of variety show hosts.The fourth chapter analyzes the motivation of the multiple role positioning of the host of the observational variety show,and discusses the influence of the host's own conditions,audience needs,media environment and other internal on the discussion of the problems in the role positioning of the host of observation variety show,and on this basis,gives reasonable promotion strategies for the future development path of the host of observation variety show.The sixth chapter discusses the changing trend of the role reconstruction of variety show hosts on the basis of observing the multiple role positioning of variety show hosts in the previous chapters.The author believes that in the observational variety shows,hosts assume multiple roles such as program director,opinion leader and cast and crew members,which realize the integration of multiple roles in society,media and culture,meet the growing multi-dimensional needs of the audience of variety shows and increase the appreciation of the shows.At the same time,the multi-role orientation of variety show hosts shows their central role in the program process,which strengthens the functions of variety show hosts.This paper hopes to provide some suggestions and references for the development of various types of variety show hosts in the future through the research on observational variety show hosts.
