Research On Emergency Communication Of Loudspeakers In Rural Areas During The Prevention And Control Of COVID-19

With the development of communication technology,although new media plays an irreplaceable role in our daily life,during the prevention and control of the epidemic of new pneumonia in 2020,the rural loudspeakers played their advantages and functions of emergency transmission,the village loudspeakers became an important propaganda tool.The rural megaphone has gone viral on the Internet and has played an important role in the transmission of information,the Environmental Monitoring,and the organization and mobilization.Rural loudspeakers can play an irreplaceable social function in all kinds of major public emergencies.In this paper,from the perspective of emergency communication,the rural megaphone is taken as the research object,and the communication theory of mass communication,such as social function,opinion leader,one-way communication and selective contact,is used to analyze.The advantages and functions of the megaphone in the process of emergency transmission were analyzed by the methods of in-depth interview,case analysis and text analysis,combined with the use of the megaphone in rural areas throughout the country during the epidemic prevention and control of NCP.By interviewing 20 people living in rural areas and summarizing the cases of using rural loudspeakers on short video platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of emergency communication of rural loudspeakers,and make recommendations.This article from the introduction,the main text,the conclusion of three parts.The introduction introduces the origin,significance,present situation and methods of the research,and expounds the research direction of this paper.According to the use of loudspeakers in rural areas around the country during the epidemic prevention and control of NCP,people's use of media has changed,and the loudspeakers in rural areas play an irreplaceable role in the process of emergency transmission.The body part includes four chapters: the advantages of emergency communication in rural areas,the functions of emergency communication in rural areas,the problems in the process of emergency communication in rural areas and the suggestions on emergency communication in rural areas.In the first chapter,through the analysis of the form,content and media of the rural loudspeakers,the advantages of emergency communication of the rural loudspeakers are discussed,such as the authority of the main speakers in rural areas,close to the way of transmission,transmission speed of immediacy.The second chapter mainly studies the emergency communication function of the rural megaphone,according to the social function of Mass Communication,discusses the emergency communication function of the rural megaphone.In terms of political functions,it is able to disseminate national policies;in terms of environmental monitoring functions,it is able to transmit information in a timely manner;and in terms of social contacts and coordination,it is able to organize and mobilize people.Based on the analysis of relevant cases,the third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the process of the emergency communication of the rural loudspeakers,such as neglecting the feeling of the audience,low satisfaction of the audience,single propaganda content,weak communication effect and passive audience listening,low content conversion rate.The Fourth Chapter puts forward relevant suggestions,such as understanding the villagers' needs,doing well the communication feedback,increasing the content arrangement,strengthening the communication effect,innovating the propaganda means,relieving the hearing fatigue.
