Analysis Of Personal Information Security Ethics Under 5G Network

In recent years,5G network has become the hot topic,which has not yet been fully popularized,but will certainly be widely applied in the near future.At present,China constructing the 5G network infrastructure rapidly,and mobile terminal equipment is updating day by day,which shows that 5G network is about to popularized.The problem of personal network information security is one of the important problems that 5G network faces,which will inevitably affect the promotion and application of 5G network if not properly resolved.This paper mainly analyses the security of personal information on 5G network from the perspective of ethnics,and then concludes the reality problems in network society and its causes,and combined with China's national conditions for proposing the solutions from three dimensions:order,privacy and value.This research is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction that mainly describes the background,status quo and methods of personal information security ethical issues under 5Gnetworks;the second chapter is the related theoretical overviews that mainly analyses the connotation of 5Gnetwork technology,personal information security,ethnics and so on;that third chapter is the status quo of personal information security under 5Gnetworks,which focusing on the problems of difficulties in demarcating the boundary of public networks and private networks,the dilemma of personal information security and privacy,and the violation of users' personal information rights and interests by network protocols,and so on;the fourth chapter is the analysis of ethical principles that embodied in personal information security issues under 5G networks,which analyzes from the aspects of the ethical roots in personal information security,the privacy ethnics of personal information security,the value ethnics of personal information security and other aspects;the Chapter five is the ethical countermeasures of personal information security under 5G networks,which puts forward the developmental strategies from strengthening the ethical norms of responsibility of 5G network,strengthening the governance of Internet public ethics and enhancing the ethical culture strategy of 5G network,and so on,all for providing better solutions to personal information security ethnic issues.
