A Study On Social Mobilization Of Rural Radio "Village Ring" In Hubei During The COVID-19 Pandemic Prevention And Control

As the first emergency media in rural areas,broadcasting plays a role in rural areas that cannot be replaced by any other media in the face of emergencies.Broadcasting is the mouthpiece of the government to propagate policies and convey the voice of the country.It is also an important means of political guidance,propaganda and education,and social mobilization for rural residents.Especially during the epidemic prevention period of the new crown pneumonia,the rural broadcasting "village sound" system has played an unprecedented effect.In the context of the full coverage of my country's rural radio "village ringing" system,this article comprehensively sorts out the historical process of my country's rural radio development,summarizes the epidemic prevention experience of Hubei rural radio during the epidemic,and systematically studies the "village ringing" in Hubei rural areas during the new crown pneumonia epidemic.The basic characteristics of broadcasting,social mobilization path,existing problems and perfect countermeasures are designed to provide relevant theoretical support and realistic development basis for the development of rural emergency broadcasting.This research adopts the theoretical framework of communication,combined with the relevant theories of social mobilization,and adopts various methods such as literature analysis,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,and focuses on four aspects:one is to systematically sort out the historical process of my country's rural broadcasting;The three perspectives of communication subject,communication content,and communication target analyze the basic characteristics of broadcasts in rural areas of Hubei during the epidemic;the third is a comprehensive analysis of the path to social mobilization of broadcasts in rural areas of Hubei during the epidemic;the fourth is targeted Put forward strategic countermeasures to solve the current problems of "Village Sound" broadcasting.The innovations of this article are as follows:First,in the context of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,rural areas are important areas for epidemic prevention and control,and the successful experience of epidemic prevention needs to be summarized;second,from the perspective of transmission appeals,explore the realization of rural "village sound" broadcast social mobilization under major epidemics Path;The third is to study the influence of organizational communication in "Village Sound" broadcasting from the perspective of communication types.It supplements the deficiencies of rural broadcasting research in terms of article background,dissemination demands,and dissemination types,and expands theoretical ideas for the development of rural broadcasting.The article pointed out that the higher the use of broadcasting for epidemic prevention and control in rural areas,the more prominent the epidemic prevention effect in rural areas.During the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the rural radio "Village Sound" played a significant role in social mobilization in rural areas during the epidemic prevention process.
