At present,many cities in China have basically completed the construction of the 12345 government service hotline.People can call the hotline to report their demands and problems related to their livelihood and trace the results.Through the hotline,they can help people solve problems and improve people's satisfaction.The government service hotline has become one of the important channels to solve people's demands.However,with the gradual promotion of the 12345 government service hotline,many cities have tens of thousands of daily work orders,and even one million daily work orders each year.The hotline work order data is complex.These work orders have many types and sources,and they involved in many departments.But at the same time,these data have higher significance and value.Because the hotline is the most direct window for people to feedback their daily problems.and it is an important channel through which leaders and government departments can effectively know the voice of citizens.Therefore,fully mining the value of hotline work order data and further analyzing through big data technology can timely and accurately provide analysis results to city leaders and government departments,so as to provide assistance and support for urban management and decision-making.The main work of this thesis is as follows.1.System demand analysis:Have an in-depth understanding of the general business process of the government service hotline.Analyzing the data content of the hotline work order.Investigating the needs of government departments and units.Studying the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system.Doing the feasibility analysis from three aspects which are economy,technology and operation.Based on this,the whole system is divided into six modules:daily proportion of appeal type,monthly proportion of problem classification,Chinese word segmentation processing,visualization of problem classification map,extraction of hot words and visual display of hot words.2.Development mode:Spring Boot framework is adopted for back-end development of the system,and Layui framework is used for front-end development to realize the separation of front-end and back-end.Single applications are divided according to business functions to form multiple independently run subroutines.The visualization tool is ECharts,and the relational database MySQL is used for storage3.System design:Based on the detailed study of the system framework and technology,the functional structure and database of each module are designed.In terms of hot words extraction,K-means clustering algorithm is adopted,and then hot keywords are extracted according to the content of work orders and the needs of various government departments.The problem direction of these work orders is captured,which reflects the direction of people's livelihood issues of general concern and provides a better auxiliary reference for decision makers4.Implementation and testing:On the basis of the completion of the system design,the data analysis results of each module are visually displayed and the system is tested.The test results show that each functional module of the government service hotline data analysis system meets the expected demand and realizes the data call between different business units and system modules.
