At present,many cities have opened the 12345 citizen service hotline.Through this hotline,citizens can call to respond to people s related claims and problems,and at the same time track the results.Through this hotline,it can help the public solve problems and improve public satisfaction.With the gradual promotion of the 12345 hotline system,the number of daily orders in many cities have reached tens of thousands,and the number of orders accepted per year can reach one million.When the citizens'appeals are effectively handled and resolved,the order will be closed.However,for the analysts,these massive claims can be sorted and analyzed,and the big data analysis system oriented to 12345 is designed to analyze the problem classification and hotspots,and the cluster function of map function and text mining is sensitive to hot words.The words are analyzed in depth and visualized.Grasping the problem of these work orders can reflect the direction of the people's livelihood issues that the general public is concerned about,and better provide reference and guidance to the decision makers.This paper combines the work order data of a city 12345 hotline system and the requirements of data analysis,researches and develops a data analysis system for 12345,which is based on data analysis based on traditional database SQL statements and cluster analysis based on text mining.The two major modules have designed four main visualization modules,namely,problem classification visual analysis,three-level problem classification monthly proportion analysis,problem classification map visualization analysis and hot word clustering visual analysis.These four modules support the data step-by-step drilling function,which can be drilled directly from the visualization chart to the specific work order content.Based on the background,technical standards and significance of this paper,the related technologies and current status of data analysis in the current environment are analyzed.On the basis of this,combined with the advantages of relational database and big data mining,this set of SQL statistics and design is designed.A comprehensive data analysis system for text clustering,for decision makers to quickly locate problems and efficiently analyze public opinion issues.The system is developed based on MVC framework,based on.net4.5,the development language is C#,the database part adopts SQL SERVER database,the foreground data display adopts Echarts tool,and the background interface adopts WebApi interface mode.
